Supreme Court Dismisses Advocates' PIL Challenging Sedition Law Under Sec 124A IPC - (09 Feb 2021)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has dismissed a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed by a group of advocates challenging the constitutionality of the offence of sedition under Section 124A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 on the ground that the petitioners have no cause of action.
