Karnataka HC Quashes Bar Council Decision Imposing Examination on Intermediate Law Students - (09 Feb 2021)

EDUCATION

Karnataka High Court has quashed and set aside the decision of the Bar Council of India and subsequent circular issued by the Karnataka State Law University thereby imposing an examination on the intermediate semester law students.
