Madras HC: Death of City Advocate’s Son Was Homicide and Not Suicide - (09 Feb 2021)

CRIMINAL

Madras High Court has held that the death of city advocate R. Sankarasubbu’s 24-year-old son S. Sathish Kumar, a law graduate, in June 2011 was a homicide and not suicide as claimed by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in 2012.
