Allahabad HC Dismisses Bail of Husband Booked for Abetment of Wife’s Suicide - (08 Feb 2021)

CRIMINAL

Allahabad High Court has dismissed the bail plea of a Husband who has been booked for abetting his wife's suicide while noting that only providing the medical assistance to his wife would not go to absolve the applicant from the allegations.
