SC Dismisses PIL Seeking Imposition of President’s Rule in Uttar Pradesh - (08 Feb 2021)

Supreme Court has dismissed a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) petition which sought the imposition of President's Rule in the State of Uttar Pradesh after dissolving the state government led by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
