Delhi HC: Public Authority to Give Cogent Reasons for Withholding Information Under RTI - (08 Feb 2021)

RIGHT TO INFORMATION

Delhi High Court has observed that when a public authority withholds information under Right to Information Act, 2005 the burden is on the public authority to show in what manner disclosure of such information could impede the investigation.
