SC Declines Petition Challenging Privacy Policy for Whatsapp Business Accounts - (05 Feb 2021)

MEDIA AND COMMUNICATION

Supreme Court has declined to entertain a petition by Confederation of All India Traders against the new privacy policy for business accounts of social media chat platform WhatsApp, asking the Petitioners to move to Delhi High Court.
