Rajasthan HC Issues Notice on Plea on Eviction Order Served to Adarsh Colony Residents - (05 Feb 2021)

CIVIL

Rajasthan High Court has issued a notice to UDH secretary, commissioner housing board, land acquisition officer, housing board and others on a petition by Laxmi Narayan Meena on the eviction order served by the housing board to the residents of Adarsh Colony in Jagatpura-Kundanpura village.
