Calcutta HC: Authority of CBI Unfettered by Withdrawal of Consent of State Government - (04 Feb 2021)

Calcutta High Court has ruled that the authority of the Central Bureau of Investigation to investigate into the allegations in a particular case within Railway areas remains unfettered by the withdrawal of consent by the State Government.
