Delhi HC Issues Notice on Plea Challenging Whatsapp’s Privacy Policy - (04 Feb 2021)

MEDIA AND COMMUNICATION

Delhi High Court has issued notice on a plea against Whatsapp’s new privacy policy and has sought responses of the Centre and WhatsApp on the petition challenging the policy as an infringement of fundamental right to privacy.
