Delhi HC Rejects PIL Seeking Release of Persons "Illegally" Detained During Farmers' Tractor Rally - (03 Feb 2021)

Delhi High Court has dismissed a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) petition filed by a law graduate seeking release of participants of farmers tractor rally of 26th January, 2021 who were "illegally" detained by the Delhi police.
