Karnataka HC Issues Notice on PIL on Handing Over of Mangaluru International Airport - (03 Feb 2021)

Karnataka High Court has issued notice to the Ministry of Civil Aviation on a Public Interest Litigation petition questioning the process of handing over of Mangaluru International Airport to Adani Enterprises Ltd. for operations, management and development.
