CCI Dismisses Complaint Alleging Abuse of Dominant Position by BCI - (02 Feb 2021)

Competition Commission of India has dismissed a complaint which alleged that the Bar Council of India was abusing its dominant position by imposing a maximum age limit to enter into the legal education. The Commission has concluded that the Bar Council is not an enterprise within the contours of the Competition Act, 2002.
