Rajasthan HC Orders Government to Treat Temporary Employee of 37-Years as Regular Employee - (01 Feb 2021)

LABOUR AND INDUSTRIAL

Rajasthan High Court has ordered the Government to pay a fourth-grade employee, retired after putting in 37 years as a temporary employee, full pension and retirement benefits treating him as a regular employee.
