Delhi HC Rejects Plea Against Extension of Period of Investigation of 'Suspected Al-Qaeda Operatives' - (01 Feb 2021)

CRIMINAL

Delhi High Court has refused to set aside the Trial Court's order directing extension in the period of investigation and custody of the suspected Al-Qaeda operatives for a period of 45 days with directions to the investigating agency to expedite the investigation.
