Allahabad HC Issues Direction to Ensure Compliance of Safeguards from Arbitrary Arrest - (01 Feb 2021)

CRIMINAL

Allahabad High Court has directed the Police authorities to desist from making automatic/ routine arrests, especially in dowry cases, and strictly comply with the pre-conditions laid down under Section 41A of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
