Delhi HC Issues Notice on Amazon's Plea Against FRL - Reliance Rs. 25000 Cr Stake Sale - (01 Feb 2021)

Delhi High Court has issued notice on Amazon's plea seeking interim injunction against Future Retail Ltd (FRL) and Reliance Industries Ltd's deal worth nearly Rs. 25000 crores, seeking clarity on the factual position of all parties involved.
