Delhi HC Directs Registrar Under PMLA to Ensure Orders to be Uploaded Within 48 Hours - (29 Jan 2021)

Delhi High Court has directed the Registrar of Adjudicating Authority under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 (PMLA) to ensure all orders must be served and uploaded on the website within 48 hours.
