SC Stays Summons Issued to Manoj Tiwari on Criminal Defamation Complaint - (28 Jan 2021)

CIVIL

Supreme Court has stayed the summons issued to Manoj Tiwari on a criminal defamation complaint filed by deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia and issued notice to the Aam Aadmi Party member on the Bhartiya Janta Party MP’s petition seeking dismissal of the complaint.
