SC Stays Arrest of Karnataka CM BS Yediyurappa in Land De-notification Case - (28 Jan 2021)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has admitted a special leave petition filed by Karnataka Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa and former State Industries Minister Murugesh Nirani, against a Karnataka High Court order allowing restoration of a criminal case against them in the alleged illegal land de-notification case.
