Allahabad HC Directs Govt to Hold Fresh Elections to UP Sunni Central Waqf Board - (27 Jan 2021)

ELECTION

Allahabad High Court has directed the Uttar Pradesh Government to hold fresh elections to Uttar Pradesh Sunni Central Waqf Board stating that elections for a democratically elected body are sine qua non for application of democratic values and working of the institution accordingly.
