SC Issues Notice on PIL Seeking Direction to Central Govt to Appoint Members of Law Commission - (25 Jan 2021)

SERVICE

Supreme Court has issued notices to the Union of India on a Public Interest Litigation seeking for a direction to the Central Government to appoint the Chairperson and Members of the Law Commission of India within one month and to make it a statutory body.
