P&H HC: Man's Familiarity with Woman Doesn't Entitle Him to Circulate Her Objectionable Images - (25 Jan 2021)

CRIMINAL

Punjab & Haryana High Court has refused to grant anticipatory bail to a man while observing that the fact that he and the prosecutrix were known to each other, doesn't entitle him to misuse the social media and circulate objectionable material.
