Gujarat HC Grants Interim Relief to Law Graduate to Appear for All India Bar Examination - (25 Jan 2021)

CIVIL

Gujarat High Court has granted interim relief to a law graduate, whose application for enrolment with the State Bar Council has been kept pending for over a year in contravention of the Bar Council of India Rules, 1975 and permitted her to appear for the All India Bar Examination.
