Delhi HC Refuses Interim Relief on Case Against Moratorium on Setting Up of New Pharmacy Colleges - (21 Jan 2021)

Delhi High Court has refused to grant interim relief on a batch of petitions against the Pharmacy Council of India's decision to impose a 5-yr moratorium on the setting up of new institutions imparting pharmacy education.
