SEBI Approves Reliance Retail’s Acquisition of Future Group’s Retail Assets - (21 Jan 2021)

Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has approved Reliance Retail’s acquisition of Future Group’s retail assets, which is being opposed by Amazon.
