SC Disposes Pleas Challenging Delhi HC’s Decision to Resume Physical Hearing - (20 Jan 2021)

Supreme Court has disposed of as withdrawn two pleas challenging the decision of the Delhi High Court to resume large-scale physical hearings before itself and subordinate Courts in Delhi with effect from 18th January, 2021, without giving a choice to lawyers to appear through the virtual.
