SC: NALSA Recommendation on Pre-Litigation Mediation Settlement of Cheque Bounce Cases Not Feasible - (19 Jan 2021)

Supreme Court has observed that NALSA's recommendations on pre-litigation mediation for settlement of cheque bounce cases under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 may not be feasible.
