Delhi HC: Exorbitant Price of Drug Not to Deprive Children Suffering from Rare Disease - (18 Jan 2021)

Delhi High Court has held that merely because of the exorbitant price of a drug or treatment, children suffering from a rare disease cannot be deprived of the treatment.
