Delhi HC: Order Terminating Arbitration Proceedings Not an Award - (15 Jan 2021)

ARBITRATION

Delhi High Court has ruled that an order terminating arbitration proceedings under Section 32(2)(c) of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 is not an award, and can be challenged under Section 14(2) of the Act.
