Allahabad HC Bars Amethi Police from Taking Coercive Action Against Interfaith Couple - (15 Jan 2021)

Allahabad High Court has barred Amethi police from taking any coercive action against an interfaith couple in a three-year-old case being investigated against the backdrop of the newly promulgated Uttar Pradesh Prohibition of Unlawful Religious Conversion Ordinance 2020.
