Gujarat HC Refuses to Interfere with CBDT’s Decision to Not Grant Extension on Filing ITR - (15 Jan 2021)

DIRECT TAXATION

Gujarat High Court has declined to interfere with the decision of the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT), to not grant any further extension for filing of Audit Reports and Income Tax Returns for the Assessment Year 2020-21.
