Supreme Court Clears Way for Power Privatisation in Chandigarh - (13 Jan 2021)

ELECTRICITY

Supreme Court has put on hold the stay given by the Punjab and Haryana high court for privatisation of the Chandigarh electricity department, thus clearing the way for the administration to go ahead with the process.
