Kerala HC Dismisses Plea Challenging CBI Investigation in LIFE Mission Project - (12 Jan 2021)

Kerala High Court has dismissed the petitions challenging the Central Bureau of Investigation into the case related to alleged corruption and FEMA violations in the construction of apartments for the homeless at Wadakkanchery as part of the LIFE Mission project.
