SC Issues Notice on Plea Seeking Appointment of Full-Term Member for National Commission for SC/ST - (11 Jan 2021)

Supreme Court has issued notice on a plea seeking appointment of full-term Chairman, Vice-Chairman and other members of the National Commissions for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes under Article 338 of the Constitution of India, 1949.
