Madras High Court Issues Notice on Plea Challenging Constitutional Validity of RP Act - (11 Jan 2021)

CONSTITUTION

Madras High Court has issued notices to the Centre and Election Commission of India (ECI) on a Petition challenging the constitutional validity of Section 60(c) of the Representation of Peoples Act, 1951 (RP Act).
