ITAT, Bangalore: Registration has to be Granted if No Evidence of Malafide Activities - (05 Jan 2021)

DIRECT TAXATION

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Bangalore has allowed the application for the registration holding that the registration has to be granted if there is no evidence to show activities of the trust are not being carried out genuinely.
