Karnataka High Court Declares Parliamentary Secretaries Act as Unconstitutional - (05 Jan 2021)

CONSTITUTION

Karnataka High Court has struck down the Karnataka Parliamentary Secretaries Salaries, Allowances and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1963 as void ab initio, being ultra vires the Constitution of India, 1949.
