Karnataka HC: Right to Claim Bail Becomes Circumscribed on Repeat Bailable Offence - (05 Jan 2021)

Karnataka High Court has said that the right to claim bail under section 436 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 (CrPC) becomes circumscribed when an accused repeatedly commits bailable offences.
