Kerala High Court Sets Aside Bail Granted to Thwaha Fasal in UAPA Case - (05 Jan 2021)

Kerala High Court has set aside the order passed by by Special National Investigation Agency Court, Kochi granting bail to Thwaha Fasal in a Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 case for alleged Maoist links.
