Delhi HC Orders Release of Adult Woman Married of Her Own Free Will from Children Welfare Home - (04 Jan 2021)

Delhi High Court has directed the release of a married woman who was lodged in Rose Udaan Care Children's Home for Girls, Delhi after her father lodged a missing complaint First Information Report alleging that she was a minor.
