Delhi HC Rejects Plea of Central Armed Police Forces Aspirant - (04 Jan 2021)

Delhi High Court has rejected a plea by an aspirant of the Central Armed Police Forces, reiterating that the opinion of doctors of the Armed Forces shall prevail over that of private or other government doctors on the question of an applicant's physical fitness.
