Religare Gets CCI’s Approval to Sell 51% in MF Business to Invesco - (29 Jan 2016)

Religare Enterprises has received approval from Competition Commission of India (CCI) to sell a controlling 51 per cent stake in its mutual fund business, Religare Invesco AMC, to foreign partner Invesco.
