SC Issues Notice in Plea Seeking Quashing of Condition for Eligibility of Civil Judge Exam - (30 Dec 2020)

Supreme Court has issued notice in a plea which seeks to quash the pre-requisite condition of three years of practice as an Advocate to be eligible for the Civil Judge Exam in Andhra Pradesh.
