J&K HC: Minor Rape Victims Entitled to Receive Detailed Information of Proceedings - (29 Dec 2020)

CRIMINAL

Jammu and Kashmir High Court has held that minor rape victims are entitled to receive most appropriate information of the proceedings which would include the status of the accused including his/her bail, temporary release, parole or pardon, escape, absconding from justice or death.
