Allahabad HC: Rejection of Anticipatory Bail Not Ground for Rejection of Petition - (28 Dec 2020)

CRIMINAL

Allahabad High Court has held that rejection of anticipatory bail from the High Court is not a ground for the Court for not entertaining a petition under the jurisdiction of Article 226 of the Constitiution of India, 1949 for quashing of the First Information Report.
