CESTAT: Licence of Customs Broker Cannot be Revoked Without Cross-Examination - (23 Dec 2020)

Customs, Excises, Service Taxes Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT) held that the license of Customs Broker cannot be revoked without granting an opportunity for Cross-Examination.
