J&K HC: Residents Facing Grievances in Violation of Human Rights May Approach NHRC - (23 Dec 2020)

Jammu and Kashmir High Court has held that the residents of Jammu and Kashmir, if having any grievance regarding violation of their human rights, may have to approach the National Human Rights Commission.
