Orissa HC: Filing of Forged Document in Court Amounts to Criminal Contempt - (22 Dec 2020)

CONTEMPT OF COURT

Orissa High Court has held that that filing of a forged or fabricated document in the Court with a purpose of getting any relief amounts to criminal contempt within the meaning of Sec. 2 (c) of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
