Supreme Court Issues Notice in Plea Challenging Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws Act, 2019 - (22 Dec 2020)

Supreme Court has issued notice to the Tamil Nadu Government in a plea seeking declaration of the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019 as unconstitutional.
